My name is Meir Martin, I am the owner of PetPeePee System, Drapery and oriental rug cleaning from Urine odor,
And this is the only service that we provide Nationwide.
A customer from Massachusetts called me for a service, and told me her story.
My son is in college, and my daughter got married, And they left us with their two dogs and a cat.
One morning I noticed, unpleasant odor coming from the dining room, I realize that my husband move the litter box from the laundry room, to the corner of the dining room, and it wasn't clean for a long time, I took the litter box back to the laundry room, and I told my husband, "don't move the litter box, It can cost a big problem".
After the kids left, My husband and I, decided to remodel the house, we invited our interior designer, to help us.
We replace the floor with cherry wood, and antique Persian rugs under the hundred and twenty years old dining room table, a set of custom made silk maroon drapery covering the windows in the living room and the dining room area.
Our house became a cozy, the way we have been dreaming about it for years.
My son left after the summer vacation, and I realized that the dining room smells from urine odor.
I went to the corner in the dining room, by the window, and I notice that the cat urinated on the Oriental carpet, and the odor was very strong.
I called my husband, and told him the awful news.
My husband suggests that I called Mr. David (he is our carpet cleaner for many years, he provides us with excellent service for our bedroom carpet).
Mr David came, looked at the oriental rug, and told me that the cats also urinated on the Drapery.
Mr David is very honest with us, he mentioned that he is not professional in Oriental rug or drapery cleaning, from urine odor, and suggest, to call Coit for the Drapery, to be clean from the cat urine odor, Or another service that specialized in urine odor removal from the Heirloom oriental rug and silk Drapery that have cat urine odor.
He said. Good luck if you can find service like this.
I Contact my dry cleaner, and ask him, if he can remove the urine odor from the Drapery?
His answer was "I could clean the Drapery from dust, however, I can not remove the urine odor from the drapery.
He referred me to "Coit Drapery cleaning".
I called Coit head center, explain the problems with the drapery, and I received the same answer, we can clean it, but they're no Guarantee that we can remove the urine odor.
The next morning the Coit technician came.
I took him to the dining room and the look on his face, I know that I'm in trouble, he moves his head from side to side and said, "sorry I cannot remove the urine odor, not from the Draperies or the Oriental rug".
I called my interior designer and ask her for help, two days later she called me back, and she said, I find a company in Florida, that specialize in urine odor removal from: draperies and Oriental rug.
They have a very unusual name, PetPeePee, I was laughing, and then she said, "look at YouTube".
I watch the video on YouTube, and I said to myself, this is exactly the problem that I have, and then I called Mr Martin.
The Review on Angie's list, ensure that the lady from Massachusetts is very pleased with our service.
