Member Comments: Pet Pee Pee solutions are practically magical - I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but that's how well it's worked for me. Martin (the owner) is very pleasant to speak with and responds promptly to emails, text messages and phone calls. He's also extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to identifying the best solution for individual situations. For example, the problem areas I was treating had been previously cleaned with other scented carpet cleaning solutions which had left a yellowish brown stain and Martin knew exactly what I was talking about without needing to see a picture and told me that he would make my bottle of carpet solution slightly more concentrated so that I would get the best result from his product.

The carpet cleaning solution is basically odorless and at first glance you might think that it's merely water, especially since it doesn't bubble like standard carpet cleaning products, but I assure it isn't. The stains disappeared almost immediately and I was amazed at how much better the carpet looked after only one treatment - and remember I had previously treated this area, so I was shocked at how much urine was left behind by my other solution. The true beauty of this product is the fact that it not only removes the stains but also the smell and any cat owner KNOWS how difficult that task can be. This product will leave your carpet (and home) 100% scent free!!! This is not an exaggeration and I have not gone "nose blind" to cat urine - no one can ignore that smell. I did have to clean the area a couple of times for it to go completely away, but after the second treatment and I allowed the carpet to try completely, the smell was GONE!

Now the cost of this product is a little high, however, it is WELL worth the expense. The shipping was fast, too. I placed my order late in the day on 6/4/15 and received it on 6/9/15 ( only 3 business days!!!) I'm placing a second order ASAP - not because I need it, but because I don't want to be without it!
