Q: Do you use the same equipment as a Carpet Cleaning (Scrubber, Track mounts in)

A: NO!!! PetPeePee system builds from the ground up A Cleaning products, (Dead Sea blended Minerals) and because this mineral is corrosive (salt) we have to build a new machine and system that can work with these minerals.

Q: Do you clean Oriental rugs at home?

A: No. Cleaning Rugs in costumer home will cause a big damage to the rug and the wood/hard floor do to the moisture left in the rug.

Q: Why PetPeePee don’t use Steam cleaning it’s working excellent to remove dirt and soil?

A: Steam carpet cleaning use hot water (steam) and strong detergents to remove dirt and soil. Urine it’s not a Dirt or soil. The protein sticks in the rug wool/silk from the Top all away at the bottom to remove the urine crystal (that caused the bad odor) you have to rinse the rug with a Cold Water, from the top and vacuum from the bottom so all the crystal will be flashed out Through the carpet. PetPeePee System uses cold water with a natural blend of odor-free minerals (from the Dead Sea) to clean and remove the urine odor and stains from: area rugs, Furniture, Draperies and unique items.

A: Yes! The minerals used in the PetPeePee System are safe for all pets and children. They are natural and eatable (very bitter like the Dead Sea).

Q: Why is urine so difficult to remove?

A: Urine is a liquid/ proteins that bacteria will grow on it immediately, so when the urine dries, it turns into crystals. These crystals can remain in the same state for a long time. However, when they come in contact with moisture they will become urine again. By cleaning the urine with hot water (steam), the urine, along with its odor, becomes embedded in the fibers while the deodorizer acts as a food for the bacteria in the urine. This causes brown stains or other discolorations to appear on the rug and Fibers. This is what makes the urine more difficult to extract.

Q: Why do the spots that I clean keep resurfacing? And when they do resurface, why do they come back bigger, darker and smellier?

A: Most of the cleaning products in the market contain soaps, deodorizers, and/or enzymes. Applying soap on urine will push the urine and soap further into the material and padding. The soap blends with urine, grows bacteria, which results in a new stain that is bigger and darker than the one before. We call this PeePeeSoap.

Q: Can PetPeePee service remove all types of pet stains?

A: No. Pet stains that have previously been treated with other cleaning products in some cases cannot be removed. Because of the combination between the urine and the chemicals in the product, the fibers become bleached with the urine spot and cannot be removed. However, PetPeePee System can guarantee that any stains removed during the process will never resurface.

A: vinegar is an acid. When fiber was dyed to close the dye in the wool or fiber the manufacturer applies vinegar to set the color. In some cases by using vinegar on yellow (pet accident) the color from the accident can be permanently stained. Please before using the vinegar test it on a small part of the accident.

What does stain removal means? *

Why PetPeePee does not Guaranteed Stain Removal over the Phone?

There are many different Types of stains.

1. Pets on medication will leave yellowish urine stains. The urine contains a dye that becomes a permanent stain. Cleaning product cannot remove this type of stain.

2. Cleaning products that contain high alkaline for, example, "Tilex,” after using this cleaning product the natural color is removed from the wool and carpet. The stains are permanent Bleach stains.

3. Most of the pet cleaning products that sold in the market contains: Enzyme, soap and Deodorizer, After cleaning the urine stain the combination of urine and soap will run to a new stain that resurfaces as brownish color. Result of Pee and soap that not rinse properly.

4. If pet urine contains blood and costumers clean the stain with hot water the stain will become permanent.

5. Vomit or diarrhea can make a permanent stain due to the acid and color in the pet accident.
