Member Comments: Love Martin! He was extremely responsive, with a quick turnaround of our oriental carpet. Our elderly cat mistook our very nice rug for her otter box and we tried everything to clean the odor out. Martin not only got the odor out but it looks like a new carpet! He's extremely knowledgeable about oriental runs, their origin and quality and I learned some great tips about their care and furniture too. He also produces a home version of his cleaning technique so we are all set for any future accidents. So glad he's in the area.
